Walker's Lie About Collective Bargaining "Fully Intact" Rates "Pants On Fire"

I'm thinking that Scott Walker has lost his mind.

How on earth could he make a statement so ridiculously false - - that his plan leaves collective bargaining in place - - that the Journal Sentinel can easily rate it "Pants On Fire?"

Was he having a Mubarek Moment?

Does he know what collective bargaining means?

And is there a Republican leader who has not been slapped down by the newspaper's rating?
