Not content with blocking paid-for Medicaid expansion that would help thousands of Wisconsin residents while saving taxpayers hundreds of millions of dollars - - #NEVER - - power-mad GOP Assembly Leader Robin Vos has without explanation unilaterally blocked a paid-for non-profit's study of state probation and parole costs which could also save taxpayers millions of dollars.
