Felled Oak Follow-Up

Nice story in The Wisconsin State Journal about making the best of a WisDOT decision to cut down an historic oak tree in Jefferson County.

Still, a 160-year old tree cut down to make room for a road--not my definition of progress. And a power-drunk WisDOT still making the big decisions.
