While Waukesha's Historical Society literally seeks to follow SEWRPC (it went to an less-accessible office park in Pewaukee) out of this building and further abandon its own.
Land-locked Milwaukee needs to be inventive to prosper; Great Lakes water-seeking Waukesha communities can sprawl to growth.
