More Air Quality Problems For Lakeshore Counties

Some have argued that the air is getting cleaner and healthier in southeastern Wisconsin, or that air pollution is the price we have to pay for job growth in the region, but no matter how you 'see' it, not everyone should go outside in the lakeshore counties today, according to the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources.

UPDATE: The DNR has expanded the scope of the air quality watch for Thursday, with the following information:

"The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources is issuing an Air Quality Watch for Both Ozone and Particulates effective Thursday, August 02, 2007 12:01:01 AM through Thursday, August 02, 2007 11:59:59 PM for:

Brown, Calumet, Columbia, Dane, Dodge, Door, Fond du Lac, Green Lake, Jefferson, Kenosha, Kewaunee, Manitowoc, Milwaukee, Outagamie, Ozaukee, Racine, Rock, Sauk, Sheboygan, Walworth, Washington, Waukesha and Winnebago counties."
