Will Wisconsin AG Charge Unlicensed Mine Guarding Outfit?

The GTAC mine guards imported from Arizona to tote assault rifles around the north woods were not licensed to do so.

A violation of Wisconsin law.

According to the law, providing security without a license can be punished with a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $500 and three to six months of incarceration. In addition, DSPS [Department of Safety and Professional Services] can bar a firm from providing security services in the state for one year for failing to comply with the law.
When will the law-and-order Wisconsin Attorney General, J.B. Van Hollen, (R), bring the appropriate charges?

It is really a shame that a company feels compelled and has a need to employ armed security.

However, the liberals in this state have shown a propensity towards violent activities and death threats in the past. Given that questionable and threatening behavior, it is hard to fault a company for wanting to protect it's own employees.

Fill out the application and they will go on there way.

They broke the law now charge them. You or I would certainly be.

Please state ONE CASE where a 'liberal" was arrested and CONVICTED for any "violent activity" related to free speech protesting. Just one case in Wisconsin.

Now try one case where a semi-automatic assault weapon was used.

Simply because you wish it were so doesn't make it so.
