He killed Amtrak rail expansion in Wisconsin, opposed Milwaukee light rail, used his budget to block regional transit authorities so there would be an end to commuter rail planning, and tried his best to stall the city's streetcar - - so I'm proud of our defeated Governor for using Twitter to share his courage:
