Well, Madison's got two of five Democratic appointments, with the rest to even smaller municipalities, like Manitowoc, so I guess that covers it from The One Big Wisconsin City's perspective.

Reminds me of the dealing that went down after the November elections, which saw Dems win both houses but leave Milwaukee without a legislative leadership position.
