Hard for her to make rational comments when she has only one functioning brain cell.
She gave a speech in the Rotunda for the anniversary of Women's Suffrage. Everyone else gave short thoughtful speeches. She went on for a full 20 minutes of complete nonsense. It was all about flowers and what they represented. By the end of it we were wondering if she was shilling for the florist lobby.
