'An accident waiting to happen'

A Minnesota television station had this to say after a freight train dumped tanker cars and 20,000 gallons of ethanol across the border and into the Mississippi River near the Wisconsin city of Alma:
 - With the number of trains now traveling through Minnesota and Wisconsin, there are plenty of disaster officials who think it's a major accident waiting to happen.
For the record - - I'd said it the other day, as I had before, about the risks posed by the growing number of tanker trains running Wisconsin:

I don't see much reason to take back this sentiment I expressed in July
Props to Milwaukee Common Common Council President Michael Murphy for getting this bridge inspected by federal authorities, but the cross-state oil train cargo and route through the city and downtown is an 'accident' waiting to happen.

If Canada Pacific is a donor to Walker and his legislators they get to write their own rules. It's called buying government and we all know Wisconsin is "open for business."
