If he came out of his shell and forcefully got behind the climate change/jobs bill in the Senate right now, Lindsey Graham could be the post-partisan, post-BP oil spill hero the country is looking for.

Right now, when the bill, crucial to energy independence from hostile foreign oil sellers and polluting companies alike, needs a jump start in the Senate.

And needs some GOP backing.
