Another Scott Walker Flip-Flop
Attention, state voters:
Our county exec, Scott Walker is running for Governor.
A few weeks ago, it was on whether to take federal stimulus funds.
The sequence: No, then maybe, then OK!
Now the change of direction is on his layoff plan to save the County budget.
First it was Yes!, then no - - for now.
Leadership? Hardly.

My question is how long before people see the trend.
People are probably having trouble keeping score:
Stimulus funding
2009 layoffs
Clamping down on pension abuses
Etc. etc.
