This is not a state smoking ban. It is a smoking ban everywhere except the Indian Casino's! I guess the nannys do not care about the employees there. I guess when a democrat is bought and paid for you have nothing to worry about.
Let us see how the bars do up North when this stupid bad starts.
To Anon; Indian casinos in Wisconsin are on sovereign land. Not State of Wisconsin land.

Why are you making this out to be a partisan issue?
So I guess, the Casinos do not follow the State of Wisconsin liquor laws then, right Jim?
To Anon: I know that some matters between Indian casinos and the state, or the feds, are governed by Compact.
Others, differently.
