West Bend Activist Elected Board President of 1000 Friends of Wisconsin

Wisconsin conservationist activist Caroline “Kine” Torinus was elected 2009 president of 1000 Friends of Wisconsin. Tornius is from West Bend and is a force within the very effective Ozaukee-Washington Land Trust.

This is a good step for the organization and for smart land use in SE Wisconsin.
