Hat Tips To Legislative Winners

Nice to see State Rep. Sandy Pasch retain her legislative seat last night, despite redistricting. Her health care expertise and energy are needed in Madison.

Also good to see first-time Milwaukee-area candidates Daniel Riemer and Mandela Barnes win primaries and inject vitality into the local political scene; Barnes won despite $100,000 spent against him by a pro-school choice organization.

All are Democrats.

The state senate will now flip decisively back to the Republicans and they will once again control both houses. There have been no reconciliations between the parties and they remain as bitter towards one another as ever, which is good. Look for the January legislative session to put a boot on the neck of what is left of the job-killing democrats and boost the economy like never before.

oh yea. I feel boosted already. We're all lusting for the pain only Ayn Ryan will inflict.
