Yeah, finish the energy bill. We need our electricity rates to "necessarily skyrocket" in the midst of a recession.

Here's a better idea, get some real science about global warming, then worry about the energy bill.

I can see the urgency on the left though. They know that they have about 10 months to do anything else, then it will be the sidelines for them.
