Recount Karma Now Flowing Dems' Way
Saturday news accounts now show Alaska Senator Ted Stevens behind 1,000 votes in that state's recount, and I am predicting that Al Franken eventually wins the recount in Minnesota, where he is behind by only 206 votes.
Republicans who benefited from the Florida recount in 2000 that awarded that state, and thus the presidency to George W. Bush can't complain too loudly if recounts in closely-contested states tip elections to the Democrat candidates.

Actually what might be happening in Minnesota (and what did happen to Dino Rossi in Washington) is more than reason enough to distrust the Democrats when the ballots are being recounted.
We know the game: as long as the ballots are being counted, Democrats will find the ballots.
What you don't tell your readers is that by every standard requested for a recount by Al Gore it's been independently verified that Bush won Florida in 2000.
You guys need to get over it.

How many votes do they need? ACORN or other thieves will find them.
I find it interesting that the same voting machines that Republicans used to "steal" elections in 2000 and 2004, elected democrats in 2006 and 2008. I agree there must be a problem. Back in 2006, when an honest man, like Mark Green lost, there had to be rigged machines. Why in the world would Wisconsinites re-elect a thief and taxpig like doyle?
