I'm Not Sure Everything Needs A Split-Decision
Praising the division of the School of Freshwater Science because it's a compromise doesn't hold water.
I know this is all a matter of opinion.
Mine is that there was no pressing need for the compromise.
Now we will see if the M7/Water Council will pony up the funds to build its portion of the school.
My Eight-Ball says "ask again later."

How about ash canning the entire project as a compromise?
The taxpayers of state of Wisconsin can not afford this idiotic, useless, and unneeded boondoggle.
