"A little fill here and there may seem to be nothing to become excited about. But one fill, though comparatively inconsequential, may lead to another, and another, and before long a great body may be eaten away until it may no longer exist. Our navigable waters are a precious natural heritage, once gone, they disappear forever," wrote the Wisconsin Supreme Court in its 1960 opinion resolving Hixon v. PSC and buttressing The Public Trust Doctrine, Article IX of the Wisconsin State Constitution.

Hmmm and here I was worried about Europe's pending economic collapse, comforting to know that David Krugman is still promoting Spend Baby Spend.
Guess it is time now to NOT take Europe's lead like you lefties have been advocating for the last 30 years.
And yes I know Krugman has a Noble, rumor has it that Obama's Energy Secretary Steven Chu does too. At least thats what we are kept being told like it is some kind of cure-all.
