you can TRUST channel 4 to abandon all journalistic principals.while the other stations use the proper qualifying language in covering the acker story to avoid a premature conclusion of guilt, 4 uses "Predator At The Pool" as its tagline for the story. besides, assuming he's guilty, the correct preposition is "from," not "at."
