What's Up With That? Waukesha's Mystery Diversion Application
Four of 15 appendices in the draft on the Waukesha Water Utility Website are still listed as "in progress."
Two weeks ago, it was already two weeks late in transmission to state regulators.

They have only posted their first draft here as well. We have heard there has been a second and third draft, which has still not been made available to the public on the website. The Council voted based on the third draft.
I am efforting to find out if the final draft has been sent to the DNR.
I had posted information about what the utility called minor changes, approved procedurally in advance by the Council, but I have not seen that version, nor have I learned if it or something else went to the DNR.
Waukesha is mudding up its claims of transparency.
