From the Nov. 2, 2004 election, the Milwaukee Journal story highlights various fraudulant voter activity. (reference Milwaukee Journal: http://www2.jsonline.com/story/index.aspx?id=324933)
... at least 278 felons who voted statewide
... More than 100 people voted twice or used false addresses
... 4,609 more ballots were cast than voters listed
Glad to know there isn't any voter fraud in Wisconsin.
The clerks and the authorities are ferreting out bad registrations. The belief that there is a giant conspiracy to commot fraud is what is silly.
Who said anything about conspiracy theory? I don't believe there is. I never said there was. Your reference doesn't say anything about conspiracy, nor does my Milwaukee Journal reference.
Instead of disenfranchising voters by requiring voter ID, would you be in favor of very stiff minimum penalties for voter fraud?
