Waukesha Environmentalists Had Exposed Flaws In Great Lakes Water Plan

It's too bad that the Waukesha Water Utility and Common Council didn't seriously consider the analysis of the 'Lake-Michigan-or-Bust' diversion plan offered freely and publicly by the Waukesha Environmental Action League two months ago.

It could have been the roadmap for avoiding the collision with the DNR that took place today - - which will amp up the political split in Waukesha over water and political leadership and run up the consulting fees should the city try and redo the application.
