BP = Broken Planet
As the British Petroleum oil spill moves towards both the US coast and the Atlantic Ocean - - courtesy of the Gulf Stream current - - these are my thoughts:
BP wants "Beyond Petroleum" as its motto. I say BP stands for "Broken Planet."
And who signed off on that permit to build without the remote blow out suppression devices, let alone a plan to deal with a worst-case scenario?

As one who finds "green" based marketing campaigns disingenuous in general and BP's particularly nauseating, this is ironic.
