Top Tommy Aide Now Connected To Waukesha Water Lobbying

Veteran State Capitol scribe Matt Pommer notes that former gubernatorial assistants turn that service into big jobs elsewhere.

One of his examples is Bob Wood. He now runs a big-time DC lobbying firm and had been a Tommy Thompson senior aide.

The lobbying firm that Wood manages is also the outfit hired by the Waukesha Water Utility to shake the federal funding money tree.

OMG stop the presses!

You mean that ex-governmental employees, officials, etc. actually leave government "service" and turn around and capitalize on that "service" by becoming lobbyist?

Hey James - I also heard there is a hot "dog bites man" story to be uncovered.
