is a profoundly petty, partisan, pea-brained and unworthy politician.

Yet with the collusion of a robotic caucus that loves to call him the leader, Fitzgerald has added another disqualifying failure to his broad collection which undermines the state's best response to an unprecedented, unfolding crisis.

Republican lawmakers keep job of Wisconsin's point person on coronavirus in limbo

Read the bio of Health Services Secretary-nominee Andrea Palm, here and note 11 months ago she said:
"We have a role to play to make sure that the citizens of this state have access to what they need to recover and be resilient and get back to their normal, everyday lives. So those are functions that need to work. And they’re critical, and they’re sort of invisible to the public until you need them. And we want to make sure that when our time comes to step up because of a measles outbreak or some other thing, that we are ready to flex and be a part of the solution for the people of this state.”
By the way, Fitzgerald's game-playing with nominations practice has been reported on this blog more than once:

This is too bad. She is a great DHS Secretary. I really admire the progress she and her staff have made on PFAS with DNR Secretary Cole.
