Why Justice Kelly, how coy of you

I'd said a few hours ago that the right is all about power preservation in Wisconsin, and nothing else:
Not content with manipulating election calendars, limiting voting hours, and mandating the use of onerous, unnecessary and intentionally restrictive voter IDs, the Trumpian far-right now controlling the former party of Lincoln and the State Supreme Court majority it helped embed wants the Justices to flat-out throw massive numbers of registered voters off the rolls.
Conservatives ask Wisconsin Supreme Court to put voter purge case on a fast track
Now we learn that Wisconsin could have yet another right-wing lame duck move - - this was the earlier big one - - that again showcases that rightist power pre-occupation:
Justice Daniel Kelly says he would reconsider participating in voter purge case after April 7 election
If Kelly loses election, he said he wouldn't have qualms about participating in cases, particularly highly scrutinized or politicized ones such as the voter purge case, for the remainder of his time on the court.
"I wouldn’t see any reason to not honor the oath that I took to sit on all the cases that came before us," he said. "So hopefully I won’t have to face that question."

We constantly criticize the appointment of incompetent judges, and I am not saying this because they are conservative but because they lack the credentials to be judges, by moron politicians. We now will have a chance to vote for or against Judge Kelly, who is not qualified. This will again be a test of Wisconsin voters. Our we a state of morons???
