New Berlin by far. This community has always been a far right mess and their city services show it. Ever hear the expression "penny wise and pound foolish?" THese people are so-o-o tax phobic and rightwing they make Waukesha look communist.
Believe it or not this "city" (I used this term loosely since New Berlin really is a bunch of disconnected homogenized sub-divisions as opposed to real neighborhoods) has a volunteer fire department which is extremely effective at saving basements. By the way, there have been three fire deaths in the last five years. It has no health department, no garbage collection, the road abutting their industrial park is 40+ years old and crumbling. The expansion of National Avenue several years ago was done on the cheap; they didn't bury the lines nor did they install sidewalks. No sooner did a child and an elderly man get killed ctossing that road. The Citizens can't master a simple roundabout with their vehicles, probably because it is "change". I won't even bother comment on the debacle of their "City Center."
Believe me their only joy in life New Berlin citizens enjoy is looking down there noses at West Allis.
VIVA WEST ALLIS!!!!
