Small Wind Turbines Could Work In Downtown Milwaukee
I see no reason why developers in Milwaukee couldn't use this emerging technology.
An item for Mayor Barrett's Green Team, perhaps?

As I am very pro-wind urban areas are much harder to use for this. If you look into this more you would see this yourself.
Far better would be to use off shore Lake Michigan lots of wind out there.
