"A little fill here and there may seem to be nothing to become excited about. But one fill, though comparatively inconsequential, may lead to another, and another, and before long a great body may be eaten away until it may no longer exist. Our navigable waters are a precious natural heritage, once gone, they disappear forever," wrote the Wisconsin Supreme Court in its 1960 opinion resolving Hixon v. PSC and buttressing The Public Trust Doctrine, Article IX of the Wisconsin State Constitution.

Of course they are. NASA combines the mistrust of science with the mistrust of government. If only we could somehow mix the UN, academia and media in there, we'd have the ultimate evil conspiracy.
Without getting into the inaccurate assumption of your statement, of course NASA would not lie - that would be like the Nobel prize winning IPCC lying . . . .

Apparently the environmentalist's efforts of the last 20 years to diminish the hole(s) in the ozone is actually adding to your global warming issue.
Ozone hole healing could cause further climate warming
