More unhealthy air over SE Wisconsin's lakeshore counties

Remember when the WI DNR quickly gave Foxconn permits to expel nearly 800 tons of air pollutants every year? Only the company's failure to begin any production keeps today's degraded air quality in the region from getting worse:

Advisory for Ozone (Orange) Start Date/Time: Monday, August 24 - 3:30 pm CDT End Date/Time: Monday, August 24 - 11:00 pm CDT Counties: Kenosha, Racine, Milwaukee, Ozaukee, & Sheboygan Comments: The air quality index (AQI) is expected to reach the UNHEALTHY FOR SENSITIVE GROUPS (USG) level. Sensitive groups, including children, elderly people, individuals with respiratory and cardiac problems, and anyone engaged in strenuous outdoor activities for a prolonged period of time, should avoid extended outdoor exposure.
