Five simple ways Milwaukee people can ease their minds

Here are five easy things that will definitely lift your mood, immune system and Bucky's good name.

1. Order a carryout or delivered meal from neighborhood restaurants whose owners and staffs need the business. Around here, among others, that means places like Sala and Pizza Man. Note their revised hours of operation.

2. Watch no more briefings by The Egomanic in the White House. We want all the facts from Dr. Fauci, and not one more lie from He Whose Name Shall Not Be Written Here. Shorter version. More Yoda, less Vader.

3. Listen to no more stupid words by Ron Johnson. Noted here, and, lately, in national media, too. Shorter version: More Yoda, no mo' RoJo.

4. Request an absentee ballot for the April 7th election. Directions, here

Make sure you vote Jill Karofsky for Wisconsin State Supreme Court to reject one of Scott Walker's far-right appointees trying for a full, ten-year term and send a message that there are better candidates in the state than the right-wing Republican reprobates who are giving Wisconsin a reactionary reputation.

5. Take a walk in a park. You will not be sorry.
Lake Park about noon Thursday.
The sounds of birds and the crunch of leaves underfoot will erase what you last saw or heard from the Idiocrats.
