Another Robin Vos' terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day!

I'm guessing the lawyers, or some more-level-headed Republicans told Vos to knock it off.

So after single-handedly creating bad local, state, online and national coverage for himself and his party by denying humane meeting accommodations - - basically the use of a speaker phone to participate in certain meetings - - for Jimmy Anderson, a paralyzed Democratic legislator, Assembly Speaker Robin Vos capitulated Thursday.

By suggesting he'd accede to Anderson's reasonable request for reasonable accommodation - - but also got in another swipe at Anderson, hilariously projected partisan motives on Democrats, and indulged in some public conspiracy theorizing about how mean-old Jimmy Anderson and his Democratic allies victimized Vos just to ruin his new insignificant role and title with a buzz-wordy organization important to pretty much no one outside a legislative caucus room.

That is quite the self-parodying multi-taking, spelled out in this news story which captures all of Speaker Snowflake's self-Centered, Self-inflicted Whining on his Party's Potty Pot:
"The fact that they launched this during the same week that I got to become the president of the nation’s largest bipartisan organization … first person from Wisconsin, does not seem like an accident to me," Vos said. "Everything that they do is political and it’s based on trying to make the other side look bad."
DJ, cue up "The Tears of a Clown," wait, no - - make it Tracks of My Tears:
So take a good look at my face
You know my smile looks out of place
If you look closer it's easy to trace
The tracks of my tears.

  1. OK, folks you now have your traveling instructions. It's Mr. President from now on, or, well, move.
