The rushed special Legislative session called by Gov Walker to hand over to Foxconn unprecedented taxpayer subsidies, watershed control and exemptions from law and legacy, yet he and fellow GOP special interest bellhop Paul Ryan are already using the proposed deal for self-promotion ahead of the 2018 re-election campaigns.
They should list on their campaign financial statements a public $3 billion in-kind contribution, with the intended and enabled wetlands-fillings and waterway contamination as "incalculable."
