Another hound dies in Wisconsin-sanctioned wolf-dog confrontation

[Updated criminal complaint information, here]
-------------------------------------
Wisconsin allows hunting dog owners known as 'hounders' to run their hounds off-leash to chase (harass) baited bears, even though the hounds often run into predictable fatal confrontations with predatory, den-protecting, highly-territorial wolves.

The seventh hound reported by the DNR to have died since July 1 in this state-sanctioned cruel practice, notes the blog Wisconsin Wolves of Douglas County, - - which includes only-in-Wisconsin/nowhere-else-in-America public fund reimbursements of $2,500 per-hound killed in this fashion - - is a Bluetick, like this one.
