WI could have told Kenosha earlier that the air is bad
The Wisconsin DNR just issued what it calls an air pollution "advisory" for Kenosha County, but as I have pointed out and will do until they repossess my laptop - - the agency under Scott Walker's 'chamber of commerce mentality' direction ended early warnings about unhealthy air conditions as they were building up and only now issues the advisories after it's too late for affected groups and individuals - - people with asthma, seniors, small children, anyone who doesn't like to inhale air pollution - - to have taken precautionary measures.
