Clarke not picked by Trump; focus must shift to jail deaths

Because a retired US general, and not Milwaukee's ultra-rightwing Sheriff David Clarke, will be named by Donald Trump as Homeland Secretary designee, it's good to read that there is a growing consensus atop Milwaukee County government that the four recent deaths in the jail Clarke administers should be investigated by an outside authority.
