GOP 'lawmakers' facing new hurdles to revive Jim Crow

From Texas to Wisconsin, GOP legislators with pre-US Civil Rights Act mentalities will have to work overtime to revive barriers they erected against minority voting which two separate Federal court rulings have struck down.
