Scott Walker Is Not Speaking At CPAC...

But Chris Christie is speaking, so Walker will let his New Jersey GOP colleague take all the 'embattled Governor' questions at the major DC conservatives' conference.

Also, the Richard Nixon/Rosemary Woods Trophy presentation has been postponed.

    Scott Walker is back under his rock, hoping this will blow over. Even Fox News is asking difficult questions about John Doe #2.
