The topic is some "bad" litigation news the county and campaign staffers want "buried" about a county mental patient's starvation death until after the gubernatorial election.
Update 2:17 p.m.
Note below, along with the original email found by The Progressive, additional emails between Walker county and campaign aides about the political "Keep it buried" necessities regarding a civil rights lawsuit over the death of Lucinda Anczak, a mental health complex patient who died of starvation in the County's care:

Keep it buried until Nov. 2nd and then hopefully they settle. Thank you and I am glad the family is interested in a potential settlement. Keith Gilkes Friends of Scott Walker Office: (414) 453-2010

Just to clarify, this isn't suing based on negligence. It's that her civil rights were violated. Either way, the complaint is bad.

Update, 10:30 a.m, from The Progressive:
Here's an email apparently from Walker in which he directs his campaign to keep secret a lawsuit filed by the family of the 15 year old killed in the Milwaukee parking lot collapse. Correction: Walker was referring to Cindy Anczak, who starved to death in a mental health facility. Found on Pg. 1,378 in WalkerDocs 2.
------
Yes this looks bad but it is not at all as bad of any evidence that might turn up that Walker had full knowledge of the secret email network and router in his office at the County. He denied knowledge of that. If he is caught lying about that, I think that is a much bigger issue.
