Your Laissez-Faire Wisconsin DNR Finally Discovers A Problem: Sex

The developer-driven, regulation-hating DNR is looking the other way as rampant frac sand mining and hauling is stripping scenic river bluffs and putting dangerous silica particles into the air, water and your lungs.

It wants to green light another water hog - - the country's biggest open pit iron mine in the pristine Bad River watershed - - and is OK with mega-dairies polluting groundwater that other big ag operations aren't sucking up.

It didn't say a word when Gov. Walker blocked a waste-wood power plant conversion in Madison, federally-funded Amtrak line construction from the Capitol to Milwaukee and wind farm installations statewide.

And the agency never speaks of climate change, seems powerless to confront and resolve dirty air usually near the Lake Michigan shoreline other than by trimming the notification system, and is leading the decimation of Wisconsin wolf packs through excessive hunting, cheap permits, bait, traps and as of today - - in a first among all modern-era wolf-hunting states - - dogs marked for death - - but good news, Bucky: the DNR has finally identified a problem that core Republicans will certainly want stamped out by Big Givmint, unintimidated:

People sex on a stretch of Wisconsin River land where folks have been doing it for years and years, and leading the local warden to offer to the Capital Times these keepers:
"There's no doubt there's more stuff going on," said Nathan Kroeplin, who supervises DNR law enforcement in Dane County. "There's definitely frustration. (The weekday closures) didn't really seem like it made that much of a dent."

  1. Yup.......Cathy Stepp knows what the DNR's priorities should be! "We gotta clean up this dirty sex stuff..... if it continues it might pollute our water or contaminate our air and you know when that happens people might think it's coming from mining or from the destruction of wetlands." So lets get all of our personnel on this ASAP so it doesn't jeopardize special interest's continued rape of Wisconsin's resources.

  2. Isn't it kind of cold to be having sex on a beach? It must have been a slow news day.

  4. It is always interesting to take kids canoeing down the river to see these old naked people. Despite staying on the opposite side of the river and pointing at eagles in the other direction, some old dude always feels it is necessary to wade out into the river naked and start splashing around.

I assume this is just for attention, or maybe they are into pedophilia and want the kids to see them naked?

And in a bit of irony... my spambot phrase to post this comment was "thisTit" Really, how does that happen?
