New Invasive Species Identified By Wisconsin Legislator

[lamprey on a lake trout]

They usually look like this, but Wisconsin State Representative Chris Taylor went to a two-day conference to get educated about invasive species introduced into Wisconsin and elsewhere.

Here are her posted findings in a two-day diary. The phenomenon has an acronym: ALEC.

Additional consequences, here.

  1. A classic Yin article about Yang.

Philosophical politics have more citizens with leanings toward utmost Yang after decades of Yin. Complete control of the state legislature and the governors office solidify this to be true.

Yin fans may not like that, but it's their negative "me" attitude and forceful nature that gave Yang power. At some point Yang will abuse the power give it back to Yin Because they are so much like Yin in that regard, they too will abuse the power give it back to Yin.

    That hasn't happened - yet.

  2. Not to nitpick (well, I guess I am), but when dealing with organisms it is always "species," whether singular or plural. But this was probably just an oversight on your part.

  3. As I recall, specie without a final S means money, but species and genus is how one classifies biota. Species is both singular and plural.
