Talk about transit-induced-development, on a massive scale.
As I have mentioned, the British have this wacky notion that transit has value.
This has been going on to a lesser extent in most American cities where light rail is being built, and was an historic element of the country's western push a long time ago, but is stalled in Milwaukee, where right-wing politics has trumped retail, commercial and residential growth and jobs near corridors and stations.
