Let's have a little context here. The left was fired up. The unions were stoking the fires. It should have been a landslide for the libs. Didn't happen. The silent majority . . . . won.Imagine that.
If the SM is so silent, how can their sympathies be measured? Much less how can even Sen Dahlink know they are in the majority? If she's really referring to the Republicans/conservatives/right-wingers, they're hardly what you can call silent.
