Schimel concedes Monday, by Tuesday Walker's made him a judge

Because, you know, big government can be a hammock and a trampoline:

Nice that Schimel can still K. some A.E.D back where it all started.

    Schimel is trying to get "judicial experience" before his hacky self gets promoted to a lifetime on the Fed bench in a midnight appointment by Trump as he heads out the door

    Is Schimel the Merrick Garland of Republican judicial appointments? Shouldn't Mitch McConnell object to this?
