The environmental group Friends of the Black River Forest (FBRF) is bringing the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) to court, again.
In a suit filed at the Sheboygan County Circuit Court on April 2, FBRF is alleging that the DNR "made errors of procedure, law, fact, and discretion" when it approved a public land exchange with Kohler Co. for the proposed golf course.David is preparing for the fight with Goliath.
