Trump-Ryan budget will trim money for WI roads

The ink was hardly dry on Walker's budget that slapped a $100 annual license fee on electric vehicles to boost the state's depleted transportation fund when Ryan and Trump went and eliminated the federal tax credit which makes pollution emission-free electric cars, like this Chevy Bolt, more affordable.

Fewer electric cars on the road = fewer dollars which Wisconsin can use to borrow against and fund more Wisconsin highways.

Fewer electric cars on the road = more air pollution.

The Ryan/Trump/Koch brothers win-win-win/you lose world.
