Ron Johnson can't escape Harvey aid "no" vote

After casting an ideological and heartless vote even most Republicans in Congress couldn't stomach, an old political axiom accurately bites Ron Johnson hard:

And you're a loser times two if in your wordy weaseling you refer to life-saving help or flood victims as "stuff."
Ron Johnson explains vote against bill on disaster relief, debt funding
"My vote was not against the victims of Harvey and Irma," Johnson said. "I would have voted for that stuff in a heartbeat. My vote was against an increase in the debt ceiling with nothing attached to it."

  1. Duffy, Gallagher, and Sensenbrenner also voted NO, and Ryan used his Speaker position not to vote, as an FYI. Disgraceful
