There's all that stupid "drain the swamp" talk, and then...

There's the real thing and it counts for something:

Cedarburg — Contractors for Mercury Marine are power-washing below-ground culverts and scooping up contaminated muck along the historic Ruck Pond dam raceway south of downtown Cedarburg as part of the next step in the company's ongoing cleanup of Cedar Creek.
Removal of muck contaminated with toxic chemicals known as PCBs from the raceway's open channels and culverts will be completed by the end of this year, Mercury Marine project manager Craig Dousharm said.
