Probable one-term done-nothing GOP US Senator pre-declines third term. A grateful Wisconsin electorate can abide with no term #2, too.

    I have been doing a great deal to secure his failure to win. I write scads all over the state. He is worse thatn worse. bye and so long it hasn't been good to know you. nj
